In an attempt to save the Pacific Western bear, Dr. Dolittle sets out find a mate for the only wild bear remaining. The difficult part is reintroducing the bear to the wild, and, of course, he has only three weeks to do it.

2001 is the year of sequels, and Dr. Dolittle 2 probably ranks in as the biggest flop of them all. It fared okay, but nowhere near what was expected, but is there a reason?
